Narcotics abusers are people who use narcotics without rights and against the law. Based on the SPPA Law, even though a child commits a crime, the child must receive legal protection. Based on a case that occurred at the Koto Baru District Court regarding narcotics abuse committed by a 16 (sixteen) year old child in Jorong Lubuk Pulai Nagari Sirukam, Payung Sekaki District, Solok Regency. Children as perpetrators of crime, need to get legal protection, including against children as perpetrators of narcotics abuse.
