The results showed that the implementation of open-ended VCT increased PSTs’ artistic appreciation abilities from the average score of 39.72 in the pre-test to 76.61 in the posttest with an average increase of 0.66, medium categories. Abstract

Nowadays, the process of learning art tends to make students to imitate form, style, and expression into artworks. For this reason, a change in the learning process is needed.
