We describe the signaling interaction mode of MPTCP and the process of segment control technology applied in the satellite network. According to the requirements of real-time and accuracy of data transmission, we consider the link delay, stability, and packet loss rate, and construct the scheme as a maximum-flow minimum-cost problem. Abstract
