Abstract

Cross and up-selling models are sales models designed to deepen customers’ spending habits, segments and spending trends, and to increase the life span of the customer. Within the scope of the study, a software was created that presents all of the actionable value-added information production from raw data supported by artificial intelligence and machine learning in modular and automation form. Our study has enabled the rule-based customer base created with business knowledge to produce much more successful output with advanced analytical models such as k-means and apriori.
