MODERN MORPHOTYPES OF THE LIVING ENVIRONMENT, FORMED UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF DYNAMIC PROCESSES OF LIFE AT THE BEGINNING OF THE XXI CENTURY

Abstract

В начале ХХI века проблемы социальной стратификации, развитие систем управления жилищно-коммунального хозяйства, интеграция производственной деятельности в жилые структуры приводят к появлению новых планировочных форм, видоизменению морфологии жилых территорий. В мировую практику архитектуры и градостроительства проникают новейшие планировочные типы планировочной структуры жилой среды, разные по содержанию и структуре. Исследование посвящено обзору современных градостроительных практик формирования объектов жилой среды в контексте динамических процессов города начала ХХI века. В статье анализируются морфотипы жилой среды, сложившиеся под влиянием социально-экономической стратификации и интеграции, вследствие динамики функциональных процессов и культурологических явлений современного общества. At the beginning of the 21st century, the problems of social stratification, the development of housing and communal services management systems, the integration of production activities in residential structures lead to the emergence of new planning forms, and the modification of the morphology of residential areas. The latest planning types of planning structure of the living environment, different in content and structure, penetrate into the world practice of architecture and urban planning. The study is devoted to a review of modern urban planning practices for the formation of residential environments in the context of the city’s dynamic processes at the beginning of the 21st century. The article analyzes the morphotypes of the living environment, formed under the influence of socio-economic stratification and integration; due to the dynamics of functional processes and cultural phenomena of modern society.
