Proposal of a Task Management Tool to Promote Student Volunteer Autonomy

Abstract

In volunteer works taking place, leader students are feeling mentally exhausted. The cause may be a decrease in the participation rate and autonomy of the members. Therefore, in order to reduce the mental fatigue of leaders, we propose a task management tool incorporating an autonomy promoting element.
