The purpose of the article is to consider of youth segment in the labor market, to study the dynamics of youth employment in recent years and to develop proposals for improving the state of youth employment in Ukraine. Current trends in youth employment and unemployment in the labor market are analyzed. In the process of analysis, such methods of scientific research as analysis and synthesis, comparison and generalization were used, which made it possible to ensure the validity of the study. Based on the results of youth employment issues analysis, the main problems faced by young people in finding a job (specific problems in the youth segment of the labor market) are determined, namely: imperfection of the legal framework that regulates labor relations; young people after graduation cannot put their skills and abilities into practice; imbalance in the professional and qualification structure of the labor supply, which does not correspond to the demand in the labor market; lack of professional experience among young people; gender inequality by sex and age; labor migration due to the non-competitiveness of wages in Ukraine compared to wages in Europe. For a systematic solution to the problems of youth labor market, it is necessary to improve the existing mechanism for increasing the level of youth employment, thereby a new impetus will appear for the development of the Ukrainian economy. The main directions of improving the state regulation of the youth segment of the labor market in Ukraine are proposed, namely: the creation of effective interaction between public employment agencies, business and education. Abstract

The article investigates a modern state of youth employment in the labor market. The purpose of the article is to consider of youth segment in the labor market, to study the dynamics of youth employment in recent years and to develop proposals for improving the state of youth employment in Ukraine. Current trends in youth employment and unemployment in the labor market are analyzed. 现代条件下劳动力市场中年轻人的问题
本文研究了现代劳动力市场中青年就业的状况。本文的目的是考虑劳动力市场中的青年部分,研究近年来青年就业的动态,并为改善乌克兰青年就业状况提出建议。分析了当前青年就业和劳动力市场失业的趋势。在分析过程中,运用了分析综合、比较概括等科学研究方法,使研究的有效性得以保证。根据青年就业问题分析的结果,确定了青年就业面临的主要问题(劳动力市场青年部分的具体问题),即:调节劳动关系的法律框架不完善;年轻人毕业后不能把他们的技能和能力付诸实践;劳动力供给专业和资质结构不平衡,与劳动力市场需求不相适应;年轻人缺乏专业经验;性别和年龄方面的性别不平等;由于乌克兰的工资与欧洲的工资相比没有竞争力,劳动力迁移。为了系统地解决青年劳动力市场的问题,有必要改善现有的机制,以提高青年就业水平,从而为乌克兰经济的发展提供新的动力。提出了改善乌克兰劳动力市场青年部分国家监管的主要方向,即:在公共就业机构,企业和教育之间建立有效的互动。完善和系统实施促进青年就业的机制,将减少劳动力外流,确保国民经济的长期竞争力。
