Notice of RetractionCharacteristics of Enterprise Training and the Comparison with Academic Education

Abstract

Providing vocational education is an effective way to help graduates to improve competitiveness. This paper comparatively analysis the characteristics of enterprise training from the teaching aspect as well as the learning aspect, which helps to understand the difference between enterprise training and academic education. Based on the analysis, suggestions are proposed for having enterprise training features in academic education.
