Abstract

In order to achieve carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals, electron beam curing has broad application prospects in the field of modern coatings due to its green efficiency and no need for photoinitiators. The current electron beam curing devices are usually aimed at flat materials, such as thin films, wood boards and other materials, and there are few studies on electron beam curing for curved materials. In this paper, the surface radiation curing algorithm is studied, and the feasibility of the algorithm is verified by simulation, which opens up a new application prospect for the field of electron beam curing.
