Transforming procedures to web applications using IFML: The new Greek Citizenship Test

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic accelerated the digital transformation in many areas in the Public Sector and Greece made remarkable progress towards that goal. This also increased the need for fast built user friendly web solutions. In this paper we make an initial functional requirement analysis of the new exam procedure for the Certificate of Knowledge Competence for Naturalization (CKCN) and propose the web modeling of one of its phases using IFML. We briefly present the IFML structure, its advantages and discuss how this approach will be extended in the future since it is still a work in progress.
