The basic aspect of studying this problem in the form of psychophysiological characteristics (thinking, motivation, intention emotion) of a law student is revealed. In the process of dialogue, these linguistic and psychological factors are intertwined with language, which are divided into two groups: objective (language; sociocultural situation of language development and traditions of its use; the functioning of language in various spheres of life) and subjective (readiness to receive language education; language education in the family and educational institutions; performance of language duties). Abstract
The article clarifies the psychological factors and components of the formation of dialogical and communicative competence of future lawyers as an important component of their professional and personal development.
