Highly sensitive calorimeter achieves simple and accurate attenuation calibration at room temperature. The calibration method is based on a power ratio measurement by DC substitution. The attenuation measurement is demonstrated for a metalized-film attenuator at 1 THz using a photomixer as a THz source. Abstract
