Analysis and studies on the influence of housing estate openness on road capacity

Abstract

By measuring correlated variables in housing estates corresponding to different grades of roads in Zhengzhou City, obtain the conclusion based on correlation values: the saturated headway is low, average travel speed is high in high-grade corresponding housing estate, i.e. obtain the impact of different types of housing estate openness on road passage. Then on housing estate mode and scale, propose reasonable suggestions for urban planning sector and traffic administrative department from two aspects: income increase and expenditure reduction.
