Abstract
The C0MFET is a new power device having low on-resistance relative to the power M0SFET. Recent COMFETs demonstrate sufficient speed and latch-up immunity to satisfactorily function in a 350 watt , 40 khz off - lineswitching power supply. Dynamic latch-up characterization and switching energy losscriteria will be discussed.
