Abstract

There are many micro-regions on Earth in which the study of evolution hydrometeorological processes is relevant and has great practical value. Such regions include various caverns, highways, open mining areas, Hydropower plant construction areas. To study local events in such areas in order to set the assignment special theoretical and model approach is given in the paper. The mathematical justification of this approach is presented also case studies and calculation procedures are given.
