In this work, we have evaluated the accessibility of a mobile app for making payments using fingerprint and handwritten signature as authentication mechanisms. Several people with accessibility concerns (physical and mental) have used this app and provided valuable feedback according to their needs. Our findings suggest that people requirements are highly subject dependent.
