Construction of New Petroleum Engineering Curriculum in the Context of Emerging Engineering Education: An Example from Xi'an Shiyou University

Abstract

This paper first review the current petroleum engineering curriculum of Xi'an Shiyou University, and examines its adequacy to deal with technological advances in petroleum industry and emerging engineering education needs.
