Comparative Analysis of Indoor Positioning Methods Based on the Wireless Sensor Network of Bluetooth Low Energy Beacons

Abstract

The article provides a comparative analysis of the trilateration and min-max methods. In a indoor area, experiments were carried out to determine the exact location of the reader. The experiment used the following equipment: Bluetooth 5.0 BLE beacons for positioning a mobile device, a mobile device with a Bluetooth 5.0 sensor for reading BLE beacons, a laptop for receiving and processing data from a mobile device. In the course of the experiment, the minuses and pluses were identified, as well as the result was presented in the form of a table and a figure at the end of the article.
