Abstract

Aiming at the problems of high failure rate and difficulty in predicting the failure of oil rig winch during operation, this paper proposes a digital twin model construction method based on the idea of digital twin. From the physical entity establishment, twin model establishment, operation on data acquisition, model real-time drive, model verification and real-time feedback adjustment steps to realize the virtual reality interaction between the physical entity and digital twin winch. Finally, it can realize the visual monitoring and prediction of the oil rig winch fault. Ensure timely troubleshooting and predictive maintenance of the winch’s life cycle data management to improve the overall automation level of drilling operations.
石油钻机绞车数字孪生技术研究
针对石油钻机绞车在运行过程中故障率高、故障预测困难的问题,提出了一种基于数字孪生思想的数字孪生模型构建方法。从物理实体建立、双绞车模型建立、数据采集操作、模型实时驱动、模型验证和实时反馈调整等步骤,实现了物理实体与数字双绞车的虚拟现实交互。最后,实现了对石油钻机故障的可视化监测和预测。确保绞车生命周期数据管理的及时故障排除和预测性维护,提高钻井作业的整体自动化水平。
