The pedagogical competence of Akidah Akhlak teachers in improving student learning outcomes with the management of learning by using planning, implementation and evaluation in which there are ways for teachers to understand the characteristics of students and also use learning technology as a means of supporting the learning process. The professional competence of Akidah Akhlak teachers in improving student learning outcomes is manifested by the existence of qualified academic qualifications and also the development of good scientific insights from the teacher. The social competence of Akidah Akhlak teachers in improving student learning outcomes is actualized through social activities that involve the surrounding community, being able to become a good bridge between the guardians of students and students so as to motivate students to be more active in learning.
