Abstract
Firstly, this paper conducted the failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) for the certain hydraulic system; secondly, it calculated the impact load of the hydraulic system when it works; and based on above results of FMEA and the calculation of impact load, it has made the finite element analysis to key components in Abaqus which caused most failures.
