CREATIVITY SKILLS AND THEIR ROLE IN DEVELOPING CREATIVITY AMONG PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTS FROM THE FEMALE TEACHERS’ PERSPECTIVE

Abstract

The research aimed to reveal the role of creativity skills in developing creativity among primary school students from the female teachers’ perspective. The research sample was intentionally chosen according to the method of non-probability samples, (286) female teachers, to achieve the study’s objectives, the descriptive approach and SWOT method were used. The Most significant results showed that role level of creativity skills in developing creativity among primary school students was moderate with a rate of (69%), also, results of the research showed that there are strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and potential threats to the role of creativity skills in developing creativity among primary school students from the female teachers’ teachers’ perspective. The most important recommendations: that educational institutions in all Arab countries pay great attention to the skills of creativity, by employing its skills in the educational curriculum
