Abstract
This paper describes the design and implementation of a web-based system and web service for decoding and coloring Arabic text. The decoding of Arabic text is done by analyzing and identifying attached affixes (prefixes and suffixes), particle and silent letters of the selected text based on the sentence morphological structure.
