Abstract
This article is devoted to describing the unique experience of JSC Afrikantov OKBM in developing and implementing an adaptation and mentoring program for new employees at an industrial enterprise in the nuclear industry, which allows the new employee to achieve the target efficiency as quickly as possible, form an understanding of the specifics of the organization's activities and involve organizations in the corporate culture.
