Abstract
Carbon nanotubes were produced by pyrolytic gas-phase deposition and mixed with an epoxy resin. Raman spectra demonstrated characteristic peaks of carbon nanotubes on samples mixed with an epoxy resin. Charging characteristics of the obtained samples were studied using electron probe measuring complex. In the samples of nanotubes mixed with an epoxy resin charging under the electron beam did not occur: no spectrum shift was observed in contrast to dielectrics.
