The UPGS is an effective way to solve the problem of finding parking place more quickly, to ease the crowded traffic. The UPGS has changed the traditional type of cluster information guidance method based on the roadside changeable message boards. The personalized service from the UPGS is highlighted, the parking optional algorithm is designed, and the UPGS is established ultimately. The drivers can so better master the information about spatial contribution of the parks and dynamic changes of information around the destination, that they can track the information of the interesting park continuously. Abstract

With the development of the city and the increasing personal cars, the parking difficulty has been a general problem in the urban traffic. 基于GIS的连云港市城市停车引导服务系统
