At different wind speed conditions an IMPPT algorithm is proposed to achieve maximum power output and reduce the operating cost by measuring rotator torque and MPPT. Abstract

Wind power, the rapid growing source of energy is clean, available freely and has no hazardous gas emission during operation. Many individual wind turbines are being installed collectively and connected to power systems. Intelligent Maximum Power Point Tracking (IMPPT), accepts wind speed and pitch angle as input achieves maximum power using Permanent Magnet Synchronous Generator (PMSG).
