This paper proposed a new three-layer architecture key distribution scheme of IISN based on condition access system. Our scheme in this paper is to fully utilize the special 3-layers architecture of IISN to design the key distribution model. The 3-layer architecture key distribution model consists of the aggregation server layer, the local server layer and the client layer. This scheme adds a local server layer into the common two-layer key distribution model. It is used to decrease the computation load. Moreover, a dynamical authorization key matrix is defined in this paper to improve the security and flexibility of the key distribution model. Abstract
