Abstract

For the development bottleneck of wind power, based on research from the national “973” plan wind power project, this paper clarifies the content, basic research and validates the results of large-scale non-grid-connected wind power coupled with high energy consumption system. Building a Chinese characteristic large-scale non-grid-connected wind power high-energy consumption system for consuming large-scale wind power will increase the utilization efficiency of wind power, and achieve good social, environmental and economic benefits. The application of this new system will not only have an important strategic significance on accelerating the transformation of China's economic development, but also have theoretical significance and a practical role in promoting the development of wind power industry in the world.
大型非并网风电高能耗耦合系统的研究与应用
针对风电发展瓶颈,本文在国家“973”计划风电项目研究的基础上,明确了大型非并网风电高能耗系统的内容、基础研究和成果验证。建设具有中国特色的大型非并网风电高耗能消纳系统,消纳大规模风电,将提高风电利用效率,取得良好的社会效益、环境效益和经济效益。这一新系统的应用,不仅对加快中国经济发展方式的转变具有重要的战略意义,而且对推动世界风电产业的发展具有理论意义和现实作用。
