The author drafted APA's Amicus Brief in the most recent case to go before the U.S. Supreme Court concerning adult business regulations, City of Los Angeles v. Alameda Books, Inc. and Highland Books, Inc. No. 00–799. (At press time, a decision had not been rendered.) This is part one of a two-part commentary.
