Abstract

Study Aimed To Identify The Quality Of Life And The Manifestations Of Alienation Of Expatriate Teachers In Some Educational Governorates, To Reveal The Effect Of Quality Of Life On Alienation Aspects Of The Sample And To Identify The Differences In Quality Of Life And Alienation Characteristics Due To The Variables Study. The Scales Of Quality Of Life And Alienation Were Applied Randomly To ( 430 ) Expatriates, The Results Of Study Showed That Quality Of Life Has Average Level, And The Alienation Has Low Level And There Is A Significant Impact On The Quality Of Life On The Alienation. The Results Showed Also That There Were No Statistically Significant Differences In The Quality Of Life According To The Variable Characteristics Of The Expatriate Teacher, Gender And Educational Province; While There Were Differences Of Statistical Significance In The Expatriate In Favor Of Omani Expatriate Teacher, Gender And Educational Province. There Are No Statistically Significant Differences In The Quality Of Life And Alienation According To The Social Situation Variable. There Were No Significant Differences In The Quality Of Life According To The Variable Of The Original Residence Of The Omani Expatriate And Founded In Quality Of Life. There Were Statistically Significant Differences In The Quality Of Life And Alienation According To The Nationality Variable. In The Light Of The Study Results, The Study Recommended A Set Of Recommendations. Keywords: Quality Of Life, Alienation, Expatriate Teachers.
