In the descriptive analysis number, percentage, mean and standart deviation; in the correlation analysis pearson correlation and simple linear regression were used. According to results, the mental workload and work performance levels of the nurses were high. In addition, there was a positive and weak correlation between the mental workload and the work performance. It was determined that mental workload effected work performance as %12. Abstract
