Abstract

In this paper, the working principle and performance parameters of two typical controllable reactors of TCR and MCR are described, and the harmonic amplitudes produced by them are analyzed theoretically. Taking the experimental data as training samples, the harmonic characteristics of MCR are analyzed by using the neural network model. According to TCR and MCR of the same capacity and voltage level, the harmonic variation rules between them are compared, and the specific methods to reduce the harmonic of MCR are pointed out. Therefore, the results obtained have certain reference value for practical application.
