This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of lecturer learning on student teaching skills. This research is quantitative. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant influence between the Quality of lecturer learning with student teaching skills. Based on Anova's table image, it is known that the value of Sig = 0.029 <0.05. If the value of Sig <from α (0.05) then Ho is rejected. That is, the variable teaching skills of students are affected by the quality of lecturer learning.Keyword : lecturer learning, teaching skills, learning processAbstrak: Standar kompetensi yang diperlukan seorang dosen dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya mengharuskan dosen untuk menguasai kurikulum, materi pembelajaran, kebijakan- kebijakan pendidikan, pemahaman pada karakteristik dan isi bahan pembelajaran, menguasai konsep, memahami konteks ilmu dengan masyarakat dan lingkungan, dampak dan realisasi ilmu tersebut dalam kehidupan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pembelajaran dosen terhadap keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif. Kesimpulan penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kualitas pembelajaran dosen dengan keterampilan mengajar mahasiswa. Berdasarkan gambar tabel Anova diketahui nilai Sig = 0,029 < 0,05. Apabila nilai Sig < dari α (0,05) maka Ho ditolak.
