Abstract

In this letter, a zigzag shaped polarisation conversion metasurface (PCM) operating in terahertz (THz) band is presented for polarisation conversion and wideband radar cross section (RCS) reduction. The proposed PCM unit cell array and its mirror unit cell array are organised in chessboard type configuration to exploit the reflection phase cancellation property for wide band RCS reduction.
