Abstract

The current study is aimed to present longitudinal passenger aircraft mode with simple model reference and predictive and tracking error-based adaptive control. Because of using predictive and tracking error and its rate at the same time this controller is more significant than simple model reference. These features can be very efficient and useful in controlling flight systems. This paper represents the equations of motion and conditions in a Multi-Input-Multi-Output (MIMO) system. The results indicate the more accuracy of tracking- predictive error-based adaptive control compared with a simple model reference.
