This biomonitoring is of great importance because it affects the assessment of air quality. This assessment identifies the presence of pathogenic microorganisms that may affect the degradation of the produced fluids and the taking of measures to eliminate them in accordance with HACCP requirements. Abstract

. This paper provides a biomonitoring activity, based on microorganisms (total number of bacteria, coliform bacteria, E. coli microflora fungus - yeasts and molds.
