Abstract

The paper presents application of the power electronics in a power generation systems dedicated especially for renewable energy sources. A stand-alone opera- tion of the power generation systems with DFIG is presented in the paper as an example of decoupled generation. Proposed control method and topologies allows to produce the fixed output voltage amplitude and frequency.
