Abstract

This paper investigates the synchronization problem for the perturbed Genesio-Tesi chaotic system. Based on Lyapnov stability theory, a new finite-time control method is proposed to ensure that the synchronization takes place in finite time. Numerical simulation results are provided to show the effectiveness of the proposed method.
