Abstract

Merging optimization techniques and simulation technologies presents an opportunity for creation of optimal structure, bypassing expensive and time consuming process of model construction and measurement. However simulation process for a complicated circuit may take significantly long time, which grows with increasing of model accuracy. Optimization process may call for simulation (depending on count of varying parameters, and circuit behavior) tens, hundreds or even thousand times.
