The results of two surveys are presented – one aimed at students and the other at teachers. The opinions of 155 teachers and 180 students from four regions in Bulgaria are summarized. Abstract

The paper examines the technologies for creating digital educational resources from the point of view of necessity, implementation, and techniques for their creation.
