This paper discusses the physical and spectral properties of RF discharges in both a single and multiple source environment. Previous research is reviewed and an apparatus is shown which was used to generate RF discharges. Abstract
When high-power radiating systems irradiate metal structures, RF discharges or arcs can be generated between parasitic electrodes located on the metal structures.
