Abstract

Michelle J. Cook, PhD, is an assistant professor of special education at Penn State Erie, The Behrend College. Her research is primarily focused on evidence-based learning interventions for English Learners who either have disabilities or may be at risk of academic difficulty in the areas of reading and writing.
