The difficulty factor in understanding certain subjects with limited time also causes student academic achievement to fall. The solution to increasing the absorption ability of elementary school students is still low by providing private tutor services for subjects that can be found through the media website. Private teachers really help improve students' ability to understand subjects with the help of information technology that is not obtained when they study at school. The User Centered Design (UCD) for for web-based private teachers makes it easy for parents of students to find additional teachers who can help improve children's abilities and achievements in understanding subjects. Abstract

The ability of elementary school students to absorb material received in class is not optimal, it is monitored from the results of daily evaluation assessments from their subject teachers.
