That is why we have developed two meta-models handling UML class diagrams and N-tiers Web applications, then we have to set up transformation rules. The transformation rules defined in this paper can generate, from the class diagram, an XML file containing the Presentation, the Business, and the Data Access package. Abstract

The continuing evolution of business needs and technology makes Web applications more demanding in terms of development, usability and interactivity of their user interfaces.
