Abstract
To meet the modern demands of society and to meet certain standards, all governments and organizations must continuously develop and improve both the infrastructure and the services they provide. Since employees, citizens and businesses are key factors in their development, it is essential that all interested parties have access to the information and services provided, and also participate actively in the decision-making processes. The purpose of this publication is to explore the role of accessibility to online content in the managerial decision-making process. The results show that it is important to ensure accessibility to online content at any moment and any stage of the implementation of various processes. In this way, a wider number of employees and users will be involved, regardless of their health problems. The main findings of this study are useful for both decision-makers and those who need to understand and care for the needs of people with disabilities.
