Some algorithms would be used to measure the accuracy such as Support Vector Machine (SVM), and Random Forest (RF). Abstract

The electronic tongue (E-Tongue) is a novel technology that is used for the taste evaluation of foods. A human taste is determined by the interactions of five basic tastes. Electronic tongues aim to discriminate, analyze, and beverages food. They are well known as sensing technologies that greatly contribute to quality management.
