Abstract

As a rule, we have operating and nonconnecting telecommunication nets. Concepts of their design are constantly changing; necessity of modernizing or changing their channel and device technical means spring up. Methods of choice for versions of network devices on the basis of system models, are considered. It allows one to choose technical means of the devices dependent on the load of each device.
