The overall size of the antenna is 28×20×1.6mm3. The proposed antenna was designed with Multiple-input -multiple-output (MIMO) and operated at a frequency of 5.1GHz for Wireless Communication. This MIMO having two antenna elements placed side by side to each other. A Fork shaped stub is placed in between two antenna elements to reduce mutual coupling. This Stub reduces the electromagnetic interferences in between MIMO elements and enhances the isolation. The proposed antenna was designed with Characteristic mode analysis for a better understanding of physical insight of structure. The dominant mode of the proposed antenna can find out easily with Characteristic Mode Analysis without applying the feed and excitation.
