The equivalent model of conductivity is also introduced by the electronic movement model of graphene under the bias of electric field. Abstract
A volume surface integral equation (VSIE) for analyzing electromagnetic scattering properties of graphene and dielectric structure model is described. The proposed scheme discretizes a resistive boundary condition (RBC) enforced on the infinitesimally thin graphene sheet. The equivalent model of conductivity is also introduced by the electronic movement model of graphene under the bias of electric field. Numerical results are presented which demonstrate the applicability and accuracy of the proposed scheme.
